As you can probably tell, I have a thing for being on or near the water!!
Born and Schooled on the Sussex coast, I was never too far from the sea and spent a lot of my childhood either on a beach or on a boat.
On leaving school I joined The Royal Engineers where I studied for an apprenticeship and subsequently went on to spend 5 years serving in The British Army.
On leaving the military, I worked in IT and was fortunate enough to spend many years working with and for some amazing talent, both in terms of people and the technology I was involved in.
